• Training and Information: We ensure all employees receive adequate information, instruction, and training to perform their duties safely and competently. This includes, but is not limited to, training in:
  • Manual Handling
  • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
  • The correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Legal Compliance: We will comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practices as a minimum standard.
• Continuous Improvement: We regularly monitor our performance, review our policies, and learn from incidents to continually improve our health and safety standards.
